This sofa is made for comfort and relaxation. It is called Martaba which means 'mattress'
because of the stacked mattresses within the frame. This sofa has a foam mattress on the
base and a top mattress which is made following an Egyptian tradition called 'Tangeed
Balady', that is used for the seat and back cushions, It is an upholstery style characterised
by distinctive tufted surface and thick piping around the edges.
Each part of the sofa can be upholstered in fabrics of different colours or patterns to suit
your taste and colour scheme.
You can select your own fabric of choice or select from the fabric selection available in our show office. The fabric selected needs to be suitable for upholstery.
