During a visit to El Nabatat Island (previously known as Kitchener Island) in Aswan, we visited the Botanical Gardens and the little museum on the island. Inside the museum we were struck by the display of the dried plant specimens that can be found on the island.
These were the inspiration for our new collection, created by Hedayat in collaboration with Yousra Soufi, showing Cycas, Guana, Cascabel and Cassia.

The only suitable name for this collection was the island that inspired it….Nabatat!
